Welcome to Journei & Co. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and guidelines for working with our graphic design services. By booking a project, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project.

• Projects between $2,000 – $3,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins.

• Projects under $2,000 require full payment upfront before any work starts.

• Custom invoices are available upon request.

• Deposits secure time on our schedule and ensure commitment from both parties.

2. Revision Policy

• Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.

• Additional edits beyond the included revisions will be charged at:

  • A flat fee per edit, or

  • An hourly rate for live revisions via Google Meet/Zoom.

• This policy prevents excessive revisions and protects creative energy.

• Clients seeking specific fonts will be directed to font websites for self-preview.

3. Turnaround Time & Rush Fees

• Standard turnaround times:

  • Logos: 10-14 business days

  • Flyers (for established brand identities): 7-10 business days

  • Brand identity packages: 14-21 business days

• Rush jobs required in less than the standard timeframe will incur an additional fee.

• Rush fees are applied based on urgency and complexity.

4. Late Payment Policy

• Invoices must be paid within 3 days of issuance.

• A late fee of $25 will be added to any invoice unpaid after 3 days.

• If an invoice remains unpaid, the project may be terminated.

5. Scope Creep & Additional Work Policy

• Any work requested outside the original agreement requires a new scope and invoice.

• Quick revision fees apply to:

  • Photo rendering

  • File send-offs

  • Photo swaps

  • Name changes, etc.

• This ensures projects stay within their original scope and additional work is properly compensated.

6. Communication Hours Policy

• Business hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST.

• Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to on the next business day.

• This boundary prevents burnout and ensures efficient workflow.

7. Design Ownership & File Delivery

• Final files are delivered only after full payment is received.

• Editable source files (PSD/AI) are NOT included unless purchased separately.

• This protects intellectual property and prevents misuse.

• Journei & Co. Creative Agency retains the right to post completed work unless a signed NDA is provided.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If a project is canceled, the deposit/payment can be used as a credit for up to 3 months.

9. Portfolio Rights Policy

• Journei & Co. Creative Agency reserves the right to showcase completed designs in our portfolio and social media.

• If a client wishes to keep the work private, an NDA must be signed.
