Welcome to Journei & Co. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and guidelines. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled at least 48 hours before work begins or before the order is processed. Refunds only apply to physical products. Deposits and payments for services are non-refundable. For services, a credit valid for 90 days will be issued for the full amount.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@journeiandco.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@journeiandco.com and send the item to our return address.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
To return your product, mail it to our return address (provided upon request). You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
